As a voter you have certain responsibilities to ensure a valid and readable ballot. Please review these points of interest.

Ways to be a responsible voter

You must be a registered voter in Morris County.

• Registration closes fourteen (14) days prior to each election. 
• You may register at Council Grove City Office, Health Department, Central National Bank in White City, DMV department in the county treasurer's office, and at the Morris County Clerk/Election Office.
• To register, you must be a United States citizen, Kansas resident and you must be at least 18 years of age to vote.
• You must update your voter registration record if you have moved or changed your name.
