K-177 will be closed to thru traffic from the US-56/K-177 junction at Council Grove to the US-50/K-177 Junction west of Strong City.  The official detour for thru traffic will be west on US-56 from Council Grove to Herington, south on US-56/US-77 from Herington to the roundabout east of Marion, east on K-150 from the roundabout to US-50 by Elmdale, and east on US-50 to the US-50/K-177 junction.
