February 3: Deadline to mail Federal Service Ballots- 45 days before Election. KSA 25-1220
February 20: Registration books close. Last day to register. KSA 25-2311(a)(4)
February 20: Last day to apply for advance ballot by mail. KSA 25-1122(f)(1)(c)
February 28: Advance Voting by Mail begins – 20 days prior to election. KSA 25-1123(a)
February 28: Advance Voting In Person at the County Clerk's Office begins. KSA 25-1122(f)
March 18: Advance Voting closes (12 noon). KSA 25-1122(f)
March 19: PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY- ELECTION DAY

Primary Election- August 6, 2024

June 3: Deadline to change party affiliation for Democrats and Republicans (12 noon). Prohibited until Sept. 1st , 2024. Unaffiliated may affiliate at any time HB 2210
June 22: Deadline to mail Federal Service Ballots- 45 days before Election. KSA 25-1220
